- Once enrolled, members will be automatically charged monthly (every 30 days) for their participation in the NOR Rec Pass.
- If a member chooses to cancel partway through a month, their membership will last to the end of their 30-day cycle. Memberships are not pro-rated or refunded.
- Members can show proof of membership with the NOR mobile app. Under their account, a barcode will be associated with each member. During business hours, members will be able to 'scan' in with their barcode. During classes outside of business hours, members must show their barcode proof to Instructors with the mobile app (staff will not verify for members their eligibility to participate).
- Open Gym is always drop-in and does not require pre-registration.
- For other classes, such as Skateboarding Sessions and Yoga Classes, we encourage members to reserve a spot at least 24 hours in advance to help ensure class availability, supplies availability, and space. We cannot guarantee that a class won't be canceled, postponed, or modified if there is low enrollment or awareness of anticipated participation.
- Members can reserve their spot by registering for the class through the NOR mobile app, on the NOR website, or over the phone.
- Members can show up day of and participate if the class has space and is running.
- For Open Gym, participants are still welcome to pay a one-day fee or to pay for the 15-day visit pass for $30.
- For Skateboarding Sessions and Yoga Classes, both have one-time class rates for participants.
- Family memberships must be within the same household.
- Family memberships cannot include any more than 2 adults. It can include 2, 3, or 4 children, as long as the total number of people in the membership are 4.
- Memberships do not apply for anyone younger than 3 years old (currently, we do not have any programs that are for youth that young).
- Children are ages 3-17. Adults are 18+.
Program Information
This pilot program is offered on a trial basis starting March 1, 2026, and may be amended, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Family memberships only apply to participants within the same Household, and are non-transferable. Child memberships are for ages 3-17, and children ages 13 and under must be supervised by a guardian unless the program specifically states otherwise. All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. While classes are drop-in, members are encouraged to reserve a spot in advance to help ensure class availability, supplies availability, and space. Participants must check in at the designated check-in area upon arrival. The District reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any program or event at any time due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen consequences. In the event of a District-initiated cancellation of a class or program, members will not receive refunds of membership.
