The North of the River Recreation and Park District Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the District. The Board consists of five members, each appointed for a four-year term. The Board meets the third Monday of the month (with a few exceptions) and takes action on public requests, departmental matters, and special items presented on the agenda. These Board meetings are open to the public.
North of the River Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, North of the River Recreation and Park District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
