PARKING LOT REHABILITATION AT EMERALD COVE PARK, EC-1-2526

North of the River Recreation & Park District (NOR) is seeking bids for the reconstruction of the parking lot at the existing Emerald Cove Park. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 8:00am PST. All bids are due August 13, 2025, at 3:00pm PST.

Contract Documents are available on the NOR website at http://www.norfun.org under the Construction & Planning menu. Print copies are available by contacting Ryan La Febre at 661.392.2000; note a lead time of 24 hours for all document print requests.

All questions and RFIs shall be directed to the Bid Administrator at bids@norrecreation.org. Questions must be submitted on the RFI form included in the bid package.
