Reservation Fee Schedule
The entire reservation fee is due in FULL upon reserving the facility in person or reserving a shelter online. All other facilities reserved online are processed as a permit request until approved by NOR; upon approval, the reservation must be paid for in full within three business days (72 hours). All checks shall be made payable to North of the River Recreation and Park District (NOR).
Cleanup/Damage Deposit: A cleanup/damage deposit of $200 is required for use of:
- Recreation buildings and rooms, including meeting rooms, gymnasiums, dining halls, and kitchens
- Gazebo
- 2 or more picnic shelters
- Athletic fields
- As determined by the General Manager or designee
Other facilities may require a cleanup/damage deposit. In the event of damage or the necessity of excessive cleanup or maintenance, said deposit shall be applied accordingly and additional fees may be applied to the account to cover District costs beyond deposit. The cleanup/damage deposit shall otherwise be refunded.

- Site Prep Fee
- Light Fee
- Ranger Charges
- Facility Attendant Charges
- Special Event Charge
