The Chevron North Meadows Maintenance District was formed in 1989 through the 1972 Landscape and Lighting Act. This assessment district is specifically for the maintenance of approximately 6 acres of streetscape landscaping within the North Meadows development area in the Oildale CDP. This assessment district does not include any North of the River Recreation and Park District park lands.
