Register by snail mail
Mail-in registrations will be processed in the order received. If a program is full, you will be contacted. For prompt processing, please complete the following steps:
- Fill out the registration form completely.
- Enclose a check or money order payable to North of the River Recreation and Park District or NOR.
- Sign "Agreement, Waiver and Release" on the registration form. Registrations will not be processed without a signature.

Scholarship Information

Scholarships to reduce fee costs are available to qualifying NOR residents. Call the District Office at 392-2000 for information.

Program Policies
|
|
|
|
North of the River Recreation and Park District reserves the right to cancel classes/activities based on class size, to make other changes as program needs require, and to change, without notice, any of the information published.
Refund Policy
North of the River Recreation and Park District processes refunds as follows:
- If NOR cancels a program for any reason, a full refund will be given.
- If a participant withdraws from a program prior to the beginning of the program, a full refund will be given.
- If a participant withdraws from a program after the program begins, a prorated refund, as authorized by the program supervisor, may be given.
- If a participant withdraws from a program and the participant has received equipment and/or materials related to program participation, the cost of the equipment and/or materials will not be refunded.
Approved refunds will be mailed to participants within four weeks.

What Can I Do with WebTrac™?
WebTrac™ allows everyone to:
- Browse activity listings
- Search for activities by type, age range, location, and other criteria
- Look up details about any activity, (e.g. prices, dates, times, locations, or even current enrollment
numbers)
In addition, WebTrac™ allows registered individuals and households to:
- Enroll for our classes and activities
- Check on class availability
- Print a transaction history
- Reprint old receipts
However, WebTrac™ DOES NOT allow you to:
- Register individuals from other households
- Register children who do not meet the specific requirements for a class
- Refund a class
- Transfer to another class
Please note that:
- Not all classes, activities, and passes are available for online registration
- To print receipts from the WebTrac™ system, you must have Adobe Reader™ installed on your computer
- The only accepted form of online payment is by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover)
