All positions require a completed District Employment Application to be submitted, along with any required documents, to the Personnel Office located at North of the River Recreation and Park District's Administrative Office, 405 Galaxy Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93308 by the recruitment deadline as indicated on the job posting. Resumes will not be accepted in lieu of a District Employment Application.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE DISTRICT:
An offer of employment will be contingent upon passing the following:
- Required to submit to a criminal history check through fingerprinting
- A background investigation may be conducted
- Post Offer Medical Exam, Functional Capacity Exam, Drug screen, and TB Skin
test may be required
- Required to submit verification of your identity and citizenship or legal right to work
in the United States
- Candidates under 18 years of age must provide valid work (school) permit.
If already graduated, proof of graduation is required.
