North of the River Recreation and Park District Board of Directors

Policy making functions are carried out by a five member Board of Directors.  Three members are appointed by the Kern County Board of Supervisors and two by the City of Bakersfield.

The North of the River Recreation and Park District Board of Directors invites you to attend their monthly Board Meetings. 

Meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on the third Monday of each month (occasionally moved to the third Tuesday due to holidays) at the District Office, 405 Galaxy Avenue.
